For editing I learnt how to cut things out and how to add things to the movie and how to do a voice over. The challenging thing was to get the film done in time. Have you done filmmaking before?

Wacky Wednesday
On Wacky Wednesday the whole School had to dress up silly for fun. We dressed up like superheroes or some people had an inside out T-shirt. One thing I liked doing was being a part of Wacky Wednesday and having fun. The most challenging thing was to find something funny to wear. I learnt some people don’t make fun of you for what you are wearing.

Harlow’s Earthquakes and volcano
In Te Maunga we had a reading activity called earthquakes and volcanoes. We learnt about how volcanoes and earthquakes happen. For example volcanoes happen when two plates rub together and then the plates start to get very hot and then it starts to melt and then magma, a mixture of red-hot rocks and gas, starts to push up across cracks in the earth crust, the ground above shakes as the gas explodes inside the magma. My favourite thing to learn was learning about how these things happen. The most challenging thing was trying to get my work done at the right time.
